GOAL OF NETWORK SECURITY-CIA

         1)    Confidentiality-The data should be accessible only for authorized user.

          The data should be encrypted so hacker or unauthorized person should get be unreadable.

         2)    Integrity- In this, the data should not be change, modify or corrupted by hacker.

           And authorized user has use Hashing algorithm to check the data been change or not.

         3)    Availability- Data should be available to authorized person.

LOGICAL PLAN- DATA PLAN, CONTROL PLAN, MANAGEMENT PLAN

  

Control Plane-

 

Its decisions making for sending the traffic.

It process to exchanges, Router to Router information to reach the destination and also update routing table base on routing protocol- BGP, EIRGP, OSPF, RIP.

It is the Signaling of the network & it functions are not perform on each arriving individual packet, they do not have a strict speed constraint and are less time-critical.

Data Plane-

It’s also known as Forwarding Plane.

Packet forwarding to the next hop along with path to reach destination.

Basically packets go through the router.

Management Plane- Its is use to control and monitor devices & its manage by network admin.
